MP3 Tempo Changer is a program that allows you to change the speed of any audio file. The program lets you slow down or speed up an audio track without modifying the pitch. It also work as an audio converter, with the ability to transform MP2, OGG, MP1 OGG, WMA, APE, FLAC, WAV, WV, MIDI, AAC, M4A, and AIFF files into MP3.
